We are a local affiliate of a nationwide non-profit organization whose volunteers serve persons with severe mental illness and their families. 

NAMI nationwide has more than 220,000 members who provide support, education and advocacy on all issues affecting persons with severe mental Illness.

These illnesses include schizophrenia, schizo-affective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, borderline personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

NAMI Supports YOU

We invite you and your loved ones to find help thru our support groups led by NAMI trained facilitators.Thru NAMI, you will meet other consumers, family members and parents who are going thru similar situations.  We develop coping skills and learn to understand the critical issues surrounding mental illness.  Our support groups offer a safe, reliable network of people who are there when times are difficult

What we Do

Programs are offered for support and education.  They are led by trained presenters and are offered free of charge.

Support groups are available for those diagnosed with a mental illness as well as for family members and caregivers.
